Principal, Serve First Solutions, Inc. 

Matthew is a principal with Serve First Solutions, Inc., a payment solutions firm based in Orange County, specializing in the processing of debit and credit cards for small to mid-market businesses. Matthew’s firm is responsible for nearly a half billion dollars in electronic transactions annually that span across all fifty states. Since leaving J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and launching Serve First’s B2B sales team, Matthew has used his industry knowledge and experience to develop value added business relationships for the firm and grow its footprint within the financial services industry.

In addition to his involvement at SFS Inc., Matthew has also been integrally involved in several other entrepreneurial business entities. In 2008 Matthew joined the Alamitos Group, a system of 21 Jiffy Lube franchises located in the greater Los Angeles area. While involved with the Alamitos Group, Matthew developed the company’s corporate sales and marketing departments, which generated over $24 million in revenue annually.

In 2010, Matthew and his partners founded Aroma Foods, LLC, in Torrance, CA, a manufacturer of frozen and fresh foods. In just two short years Matthew and his team created close to 100 jobs, increased annual revenues from under$2 million to over $9 million dollars and produced over 12 million pounds of food for a variety of retail and club stores as well as the U.S. military. In the spring of 2012, Matthew and his partners sold Aroma Foods. Their Italian frozen food line, Aroma Italiano can be found in Southern California Costcos on a seasonal basis.

In 2013, Matthew became the managing member of Golden West Tires Centers, an investment and management company focused on acquiring full service tire service and auto repair facilities. GWTC currently owns and operates eleven locations throughout Southern California with plans to grow to over 20 units in the next 24 months.

In addition to his business ventures, Matthew is also very active in his community through a number of philanthropic associations including Gen Next, Miracles for Kids and the Chapman University Alumni Association. Matthew is a 2005 graduate of the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University and holds a degree in business administration. While at Chapman, Matthew was a four year letterman on the Panther’s varsity football team, an active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and a part of the University Honors program. Matthew currently resides in Newport Beach, CA.
