Principal, Serve First Solutions, Inc. 

Matthew is currently a Principal with Serve First Solutions, Inc., a payment solutions firm based in Orange County, CA specializing in the processing of debit and credit cards for small to mid-market businesses. Matthew’s firm is responsible for nearly two billion dollars in electronic transactions annually which span across all fifty U.S. States. Since leaving J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and launching Serve First’s B2B sales team, Matthew has used his industry knowledge and expertise to develop value added business relationships for the firm and grow its footprint within the financial services industry. Over the last several years Serve First Solutions has been recognized locally by the Orange County Business Journal and nationally by Inc. 5000 Magazine as one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in Orange County and the U.S..

In addition to his involvement at SFS Inc., Matthew has also been integrally involved in several other entrepreneurial business entities. Most recently, Matthew has become the Managing Member of Golden West Tires Centers, an investment and management company focused on acquiring and developing full service tire service and auto repair facilities. GWTC owns and operates seventeen locations throughout Southern California as well as nine locations in the Western part of Colorado. Matthew currently sits as a member on Big O Tire’s National Franchise Committee as well as the National Marketing Committee and is chairman of the Big O Tires SoCal Dealer Group.

Matthew is also very active in his community through a number of philanthropic and social associations namely Miracles for Kids, National Brain Tumor Society and the Chapman University Alumni Association. In addition to Chapman 50, Matthew sits on the Orange County Board for Gen Next and is the Regional Alumni President for the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity.

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in University Honors from Chapman University in Orange, CA. He and his wife, Dejah currently reside in Newport Beach, CA.
