Director of Sales, BluIP, Inc.
Joe Hernandez grew up in Southern California and earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Chapman University in 1997. He was a member of the varsity soccer team that competed in the Final Four Championship in Williams, Mass.
As director of sales at BluIP, Inc., a cloud PBX services provider, Joe is responsible for managing both BluIP’s North American Partnership Program and a team of sales professionals. He also leads a team of talented engineers in delivering complex, multi-vendor telecom solutions to the FED, SLED and large enterprise markets.
Joe enjoys start-up companies and specializes in “building something out of nothing.” In 2009, he was recruited to BluIP to design BluIP’s GTM strategy and services portfolio, and to build the sales team. Today, under Joe’s leadership, BluIP maintains a healthy recurring revenue stream of $2 million per month with a run rate that will take monthly revenue to $2.5 million by the fourth quarter of 2016.
Joe and his wife Pamela enjoy spending time with their two daughters, Sydney and Ivy. The weekends are dedicated to family and friends and simply enjoying all the benefits of Southern California living. Joe’s hobbies include playing and coaching soccer and tinkering around the house.
