Vice President, CBRE

Carter Haslam is a Vice President with CBRE, the world’s largest Commercial Real Estate firm. Carter and his team are responsible for leading CBRE’s Corporate Representation Practice Group in the Orange County region. By utilizing CBRE’s full platform of corporate services, Carter and his team of six provide comprehensive real estate solutions, focused on solving problems and adding value to local, national, and global corporations in each variable of the real estate process.

Carter is the recipient of CBRE’s Rookie of the Year award and has quickly grown to be recognized as a young leader in the community.

Carter is also a member of LEAD-OC (formerly “Orange County Young Executives”), which is a group of community leaders brought together to serve local charities and organizations. From its inception, LEAD-OC’s small team has raised over $1.7M and over $800K since 2015 for local organizations.
Carter was raised in Salt Lake City, UT, before venturing to Southern California to attend Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business and Economics. In 2013, Carter graduated from the Business School with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and a minor in Psychology.

Carter currently lives in Costa Mesa with his wife, Patty, and enjoys traveling, reading, sports, and fitness.
