Principal in the Complinace Consulting Center of Conduent Human Resource Services

Amy is a double alumnus of Chapman University.  Her undergraduate degree is in Organizational Leadership in 2000 and her master’s degree in Health Administration in 2003.  She is a Principal in the Compliance Consulting Center of Conduent Human Resource Services, a division of Conduent, the world’s largest provider of diversified business services with leading capabilities in transaction processing, automation and analytics.  Amy’s focus is on federal, state and local regulations impacting employer health and welfare plans, such as the PPACA (federal health reform), HIPAA, COBRA, USERRA, wellness plans, and IRS section 125 plans. She is a nationally featured public speaker and trainer at numerous benefits seminars and conferences, including Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (CEBS), the Hawaii Employers Council, Western Pension & Benefits Conference (WP&BC), University Conference Services Health & Welfare Plan Management for Mid-Sized Employers and the National Business Group on Health.

 
Amy has also earned a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, and serves as an associate faculty member of the University of Phoenix Health Administration Services program, where she received the Scholarship Faculty Member of the Year award.
